PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By participating in the 10% Energy Challenge Draw (the “Draw”), you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, please do not participate in the Draw.

1. All participants in the Draw expressly and irrevocably authorise and consent to the National Environment Agency (“NEA”) verifying their household data with SP Services and disclosing their particulars to any party for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/or conducting the Draw.
2. Winners will be notified by ordinary post within seven (7) working days from the date of the Draw. Winners are to present their identification for verification when collecting the prizes.
3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or otherwise. Any prize unclaimed by 30 April 2009 shall be donated to a registered charity to be determined at NEA’s sole discretion.
4. NEA reserves the right to draw reserve winners to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
5. NEA shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the Draw and/or redemption or use of the prize.
6. NEA does not warrant that the prizes are of a merchantable quality or fit for their intended purposes. Any such claim shall be referred to the respective distributor of the prize.
7. Each winner consents to NEA disclosing and/or publishing his/her name and any other of his/her particulars in any manner which NEA may deem fit for publicity purposes. Each winner also agrees to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by NEA (if any) for these purposes, without any payment or compensation thereof.
8. Each winner consents to the public disclosure of his/her name, identification /passport number and photographs, as the case may be, for publicity purposes or otherwise participate in the publicity activities of NEA in relation to the Draw and to the use of any data provided by such winner for any future publicity effort by NEA, without any payment or compensation thereof.
9. NEA may, at any time without notice in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
10. The decisions of NEA on all matters relating to this Draw are final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
11. Winners shall bear all costs associated with the claiming and collection of the prizes from NEA.
12. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, NEA reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to determine and/or amend, by addition to, subtraction from or variation of, these Terms and Conditions without prior notification, including but not limited to the eligibility terms and criteria, and all participants to this Draw shall be bound by these amendments. All changes will be posted on this webpage.
13. A person who is not a party to this Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draw, these Terms and Conditions, and all its subsequent variations, shall prevail.
15. These Terms and Conditions and all its subsequent variations shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the domestic Laws of the Republic of Singapore for every purpose.
